Will I receive any spam as a result of joining this opinion panel?

Absolutely not!  Your personal information will not be shared.

How will I be compensated for study participation?

Each time you complete a study, you earn reward dollars. Compensation for surveys will vary from a few dollars to much higher depending on length and level required by survey. Compensation for the survey is stated at the beginning of each survey so you will know what you will earn if you qualify and complete each survey.

How do I redeem my The B2B Voice panel rewards?

Once you have accumulated at least $25.00 in reward dollars, you may redeem them.  To redeem, login to your TheB2BVoice.com account and click on Redeem. You will then be mailed a check to your address in US currency. You should receive a check within 3 to 4 weeks from the date you redeem.    If you do not participate in any way with the panel for 6 months, your membership may be deactivated and any unredeemed reward dollars forfeited.

Do my rewards expire if I do not redeem?

To retain your rewards, you must participate with the panel in some way (try to take a survey, redeem rewards, update profile information) within a six month period.  If you do not participate in some way, your membership may expire and unredeemed rewards forfeited.

What is the cost of panel membership?

Membership is free.

How often will I participate in studies?

You will receive invitations to take surveys based on the information you have provided.  There is a limit to the number of surveys you can complete a month to avoid the “professional survey taker” issue about which our clients are very concerned.  You may receive several e-mail requests per month to participate in on-line surveys. You can participate in as many or as few monthly studies as you wish (up to a maximum number).

How is my privacy protected?

Your information will never be shared with anyone without your permission and the specific opinions you provide will only be shared in the aggregate with all others taking a particular survey and will never be identifiable to you.  The privacy and safekeeping of your personal information is our top priority. Your email address and other contact information will not be shared with third parties, nor will you be the subject of spam as a result of joining this panel. Please review our privacy policy.

How can I change or update my registration information?

You can change your information by logging into the site and clicking on the profile tab. If you would prefer, you can contact us directly at panelsupport@theb2bvoice.com and we will make the changes for you.

Why am I not receiving emails from TheB2BVoice.com?

Many email providers are implementing very strict spam rules to filter bulk mailers. We try our best to get the emails through to you. If you have the ability, add theb2bvoice.com to your White list or Approved list of valid email domains. Otherwise, you should contact you email provider and request that theb2bvoice.com be added to their white list.
