Panelists are not responsible for buying any product or service at any time, nor will any company solicit panel members as a result of their joining the The B2B Voice online panel.
You Will Not be Spammed by The B2B Voice
This is an opt-in e-mail program. You will only receive e-mails from TheB2BVoice.com based on information you supply. As a part of your membership in the The B2B Voice research panel, you will periodically be sent e-mail communications from The B2B Voice inviting you to participate in surveys, as well as occasional member service e-mails (newsletters, reward fulfillment communications and program announcements). If you no longer want to receive these e-mail communications, you must cancel your The B2B Voice membership by clicking here.
The Information We Collect and How We Use It
Our panel terms require you to provide us contact information (your full name, complete postal address and email address). We use this data to customize your experience with the The B2B Voice to your qualifications and interests and to pay you your reqested rewards. The data we collect is also used to enable the fielding of market research studies and we reserve the right to share it in aggregate form with our clients.
Only Summary Aggregate Statistical Information is Shared
Personal demographic and profile data regarding our members is only shared with our clients on summary basis or aggregate basis. Summary information is data that describes the interest profile and demographics data of a The B2B Voice member without specifically identifying the member. For example, this data does not contain personally identifying information such as a name or e-mail address. Aggregate information is data that describes the interest profiles and demographics of The B2B Voice members as a group (in the aggregate) without specifically identifying any single member of that group.
Surveys
The B2B Voice may, from time to time, invite you to participate in online surveys. The information requested in these surveys may include, but is not limited to, your opinions, purchase history, and purchase intent regarding consumer and/or business products and services. Again, you are not required to provide us with this information if you do not want to. The information collected by these surveys is used in connection with The B2B Voice market research sponsored by third-party companies and by The B2B Voice to customize your experience with the The B2B Voice program. How to Edit or Correct Your Personal Information
By logging in at TheB2BVoice.com, and clicking on "update/view" on our site, you may: change your personal profile to better reflect your interests and view or modify personal information you have provided to us. When you are finished entering your updated information, click the appropriate button on the page to save your changes. Your changes will be recorded immediately but some in-process based promotions may still be based on your old information.
