The B2B Voice reserves the right to modify these terms of membership at any time without prior notice.
Honesty and Accuracy:
Your honest and accurate responses are appreciated. Providing false or misleading profile information or survey responses will result in disqualification from The B2B Voice technology and business online panel and forfeiture of accumulated rewards. From time to time, The B2B Voice may request verification of information provided by panelists.
To ensure the research performed from this panel is valid, The B2B Voice performs various checks on actual surveys that may result in rejecting surveys that appear to be completed by persons that are not knowledgeable in the area under study, are providing basic personal details inconsistent with previous information, or it is apparent the respondent is not providing thoughtful responses.
Honest answers to survey and profile questions are vital to the integrity of the research process. Our clients depend on valid information in order to make decisions about products and services.
Qualifications:
The B2B Voice technology and business online panel is open to residents of the U.S. and Canada who are age 18 and over. Panel membership is limited to one account per individual, even if individual has multiple email addresses. The panel is focused on the needs and interests of clients needing opinions from people that are involved in business purchase decisions or work with technology commonly purchased by businesses. The panelists may participate in consumer based research if they so desire.
Membership registration with The B2B Voice is limited to individuals who are allowed to register under the laws of the United States and Canada and under the laws of the jurisdiction in which the individual resides. Members are responsible for any taxes due as a result of payments they receive for participating in TheB2BVoice.com. We are required by law to issue an IRS Form 1099 to any member who is paid $600.00 or more annually for participation in surveys. You hereby agree, when requested, to provide all information necessary for TheB2BVoice.com to comply with tax reporting requirements.
By registering as a member of TheB2BVoice.com, you agree to be bound by all eligibility determinations made by TheB2BVoice.com management in accordance with each survey’s particular specifications, applicable survey research codes of ethics, applicable laws and these Terms and Conditions. Such eligibility determination shall be made by TheB2BVoice.com management in its sole discretion, and such decisions are final and binding.
Limits of Liability:
The business entity, owners, managers, employees, and anyone or any entity associated with The B2B Voice panel does not assume liability for any reason for any aspect of a member’s participation or experience with The B2B Voice panel. While The B2B Voice will make reasonable efforts to accurately and randomly target and compensate members for their completion of valid surveys, there will be no liability attached to the company, it’s owners, or anyone else associated with The B2B Voice if there are problems or disagreements with members that arise. Management has full and sole discretion regarding implementation and support of the rules and procedures used with this research panel.
Account Activity:
Panelists who do not respond to a survey invitation or any other requested action for a period of 6 months may be removed from The B2B Voice panel, and any unredeemed rewards will be forfeited.
